I have tried ringing citizens advice just keep getting your in a cue please hold or there is no adviser available. I was on the phone for 15mins as I would have liked to make appointment to speak to someone face to face. Any other way would be a bit of a palaver and I am at work so I can't keep sending emails or have a web chat

Tried to get through today. Was in a call queue for ten minutes, then at 9:52hrs the automated voice said “Sorry, we’re closed now”.
I know that Citizens Advice is run by volunteers, but simply cutting someone off who’s in a call queue and at 9:52hrs (not even 10:00hrs) is absurd and disrespectful, let alone totally unhelpful!

They ARE ALWAYS THERE AND READY TO HELP. NOTHING is too much PROBLEM for them and BOTH the paid Advisors and their Volunteers ARE ALWAYS READY to BOTH LISTEN TO ANO HELP YOU SORTOUT AN ISSUE/ OR PROBLEM/S . The help with Benefit and Legal Advice is invaluable and it's SOMETHING that you CANNOT deal with without their HELP and ongoing support in a case or benefit claim and appeal. We ALL HAVE AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE ALOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR THE WAY THEY SUPPORT EACH ONE OF US IN OUR TIME OF NEED.

Friendly members,but do calculate planty of time when you go there.best if you make an appointment.But to do that you have to have a landline number not mobil number,what is odd

Rubbish service which stopped in Calne. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment as well as a face to face to face meeting.
