Initially reached out after seeing a job posted on indeed. First spoke on the 11th Feb. Initial interview was set up for 13th Feb, follow up in person interview the week after and offer of employment received and signed by 20th Feb. Ian caught up with me at a few points before I started to make sure everything was on track and check if I needed anything. What I really liked about Ian was that he wasn't over pushy, often recruiters seem desperate to get your mobile number where they then bombard you with calls during times you've specifically indicated you can't take calls.
