We have recently worked with Cadde Wealth Protection and have been very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and valued guidance in what is a minefield to most, including ourselves. Having recently gone through a marriage breakdown and a family bereavement, I contacted Paul with regard to looking at my options in respect of protecting my assets for the benefit of my children and any children they may have. I approached Paul and his team a couple of years ago to set up our Will and family trust primarily to protect one of our sons who will require care and support throughout his life. The thought of his inheritance passing to the Local Authority to fund his care worried us as there would be no guarantee the funds would be used to support him and give him those extras he enjoys. He would be left with the bare minimum the State believes disabled people can live of each week which barely covers the essentials let alone items such as clothing and trips out. Even though we will be gone we couldn't leave the situation as it was and we didn't want those acting on his behalf to fund those little extras out of their own pockets.

This is where Paul and his team stepped in. Through the use of new Wills and a family trust, our siblings now have the guarantee that the estate we will eventually leave them can be used for their benefit in full. And this will pass down to their children leaving a legacy that will hopefully benefit generations to come.

Once we explained our dilemma to Paul and he ran through our financial circumstances, he took the details away and worked on a solution to our problem. The results were new Wills for my wife and I and a family trust with a full explanation from Paul as to how this all worked in reality. This now gives us the peace of mind that the future for our disabled son is secure and we leave a legacy for future generations to benefit from.
