Definitely still THE BEST coffee anywhere. Will is doing a great job. Highly recommend this café if you want more than just a cup of hot milk which it seems is what most café's provide 👍
However on my more recent visits the coffee has not been as good. I think maybe they don't use Grey Seal coffee anymore

Oh wow. Just wow. I have been searching for a delicious coffee on the coast for so long. I then got to discover Will's. I was unbelievably delighted with the coffee and service. A warm and friendly welcome. I will be returning.
Also I got a bear on my coffee, I happy cried.

Great coffee. Nice atmosphere. Close enough to the centre of Wells but just far enough to be out of the crowds! Still getting plenty of business while we were there. EDIT: turned out we were there on carnival day, so presumably not such a busy town usually!

Best coffee in Wells!
Visit regularly and for good reason - The best coffee I’ve found in Wells/the wider Norfolk coast. Very reasonably priced with excellent home made cakes & pastries. Really nice relaxed atmosphere and decor too and right on the quay. Great to chat to the owner who volunteers for the local Wells RNLI. Dog friendly.
