I found myself in need of a Will and have passed by Will Trust & Protect Ltd many times on Shefford High Street. I popped in and was greeted by Graham who took the time to understand what I wanted then booked my appointment with John. Straight away both John and Graham made me feel at ease and they really helped me to understand what I needed from my Will. I had lots of questions which they answered patiently and ensured that I understood what was going into my Will before it was drafted. I’m pleased to say the whole process from start to finish was stressfree and I know that in future when I need any further advice I’ll be heading straight back to John and Graham.

The atmosphere in the office was relaxed and welcoming. My wife and I were offered tea and coffee upon arrival and our appointment started precisely on time. We wanted to renew our Wills and were directed to John Boyle. He was professional, patient and meticulous and made sure our wishes were accurately recorded. He was very thorough and went through all aspects of the process to make sure we fully understood all the implications. Nothing was too much trouble and made the whole process easy. Such a complicated process! Obviously not for the experts! John Doyle and his colleagues, Graham and Hayley, put us at ease, guiding us through this daunting task. John prepared our Wills, Trusts , Powers of Attorney, and established us as tenants in common for our home. If you need any legal help or advice, this independent firm is the one to contact. The service we received in respect of setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney was second to none! A warm and friendly welcome with a smile and a cup of coffee from reception was most appreciated. Our appointment was with John who explained the whole process very thoroughly in plain terms and in a professional and friendly manner.
