I needed to sell a house and initially instructed a different local firm to do the conveyancing work. That firm directed me to fill in some web-based forms designed by a third party, which were unable to properly capture my requirements. My case had some complexities and their approach did not fit. My experience has been that Wilkinson Woodward Bearders provides an excellent service supported by modern technology where it helps. My impression of the previous firm was that their service was organised around the technology, which is quite different.

I felt at all times I was receiving the best advice possible, which reassured me the process would go smoothly, which it did.
