Absolutely love being with Whyfield, you can always talk to who you need to and they’re always happy to help and so responsive. Super knowledgeable and such a happy, friendly service.
I’ll never forget getting a card from them when my little girl was born - they actually care about their clients which is a rarity in today’s times.
I have my personal accounts and the accounts for my 4 businesses taken care of by the team at Whyfield and they are constantly proving to be exactly where I need to be.

Rachael Eddy specifically has been an INCREDIBLE help with all things Xero! She's extremely knowledgable and could answer every question there and then. I feelI have received all the help I needed and more to allow me to confidently use the software in ways I hadn't previously, whilst increasing my accounting knowledge. Unfortunately had a very bad experience with them - they all seem like lovely people but they genuinely made a life ruining situation even worse for me. I found myself in a backdated VAT crisis and all Whyfield did was got me an unexpected 34 grand tax bill, that they told me I owed a few hours before the deadline. I was then left to deal with this life changing amount on my own and no progress was ever made on my VAT return even 5 weeks later.
I finally gave up after giving them a lot of money I don't have and am now with a chartered accountant who are sorting out the whole mess - including resubmitting this incorrect tax return in order to get me some money back. Overall I was left thoroughly unimpressed and after being with a really good accountant now, the difference is startling and I wish I could go back and save myself months of stress and thousands of pounds.

Whyfield have been really helpful and provided a very professional service dealing with a number of different areas including VAT and Self Assessment and have helped transition to a new accounting system. Whyfield have been Great for my business. The have really sorted out a lot of mess created from my previous accountants. Rachael deals with me and she has been great at sorting out my accounts, dealing with a HMRC vat check and basically keeping me in the loop while giving me the information I need to move forward.
