Laura was fantastic; giving me the relevant information so I can make the very best informed decisions for my family. Laura was professional and friendly, no question I asked was overlooked. Thank you for a fantastic service yesterday. It was refreshing for my calls to be handled so professionally by Zara on central switchboard and then by Diane who clearly cares about customers.

Laura Hails was an absolute diamond.

The job was a very tiny job, hardly worth your effort but it was appreciated very much.

Yesterday made an excellent first impression of a professional firm with motivated professional staff.

I approached them to assist with a health and welfare deputyship application. They were upfront and said that they are rarely awarded. However, I really can't say what value they added to the application and I think the fee charged was insulting for the work done.

I had to go into the office to collect paperwork, and when I got home, there were forms missing.

Then when they sent me my invoice, the £500 that I paid at the start (surely everyone has to pay deposit) was missed off!

Not very impressed with the level of knowledge in this area and I have since found out much more online.

My advice (which is totally free) is save your money and do your own research.

They basically used everything thing I told them word for word. I thought there would be more input on how to word something or what points of law to reference, but basically they filled in the form for me.

This may be standard solicitor practice but I am not impressed. Definitely wouldn't use again.

Having received probate funds from my mum and dad's solicitors at Whitehead Monckton, I used the opportunity to buy the property which I had been renting from my landlord for a number of years. Victoria who was the solicitor responsible for me buying the property dealt with my case in a very professional efficient manner, along with her efficient secretaries, Erika and Misty. I would definitely recommend Whitehead Monckton to anybody else for dealing with legal matters

This company keep deleting the negative reviews. They completely mishandled our house sale, lost payments we made to them, never moved things along unless we rang to chase, screamed at me down the phone, and after the sale went through, it turned out that half the garden was still showing as belonging to us. The company demanded £1000 to put it right, despite it being their fault. The worst service experience I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
