My father chose Whiskers to be the Executor of his estate. It was a straight forward estate, no property to sell. We were originally advised that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It took nearly 11 months with some money still being held back. We have to continually ask for an update, and 14 months after my father passed, I am having to chase again. One reply to an email was that if you keep emailing to chase, you will be charged more! Absolutely appalling service, especially when a family is trying to grieve.

Exceptionally poor in regards to Conveyancing. Helen was my case handler and constant chasing was required. We had our money coming out from a Lifetime ISA that they had to access. Access was granted in October for Whiskers to take this. By December, with the whole chain ready to exchange, Whiskers hadn't even bothered to collect the deposit from our Lifetime ISA provider. This almost delayed completion past Xmas if it wasn't for me having to beg my provider to assist urgently. Helen made frequent errors, incorrect names on contracts, stamp duty showing £2,600 when it should of been £0 as we are first time buyers and various other documents missing from our contract pack, most importantly being the questions and answers to enquiries! If it weren't for me and my partner constantly chasing and error checking, we'd still be at square one.

If you value professionalism and efficiency, do not chose Whiskers. I feel like I could of spent a lot less on much, much better service.
