Having now used Whetham & Green twice for conveyancing services, we would highly recommend them.

Most recently, they handled a property sale and purchase for us and were excellent throughout.

There were some issues towards the completion (caused by the lender) and it was a real comfort to have Marianne and Jo doing their utmost to ensure everything got over the line in time.

Marianne is responsible for the loss of a sale, drawing funds from a bank before the legal details were complete, really being responsible for sideling the estate agent so the purchaser will not even engage with the estate agent.
