WH Solicitors and Waleed were great. We submitted for a UK skilled worker visa + spousal/partner visa - the process was seamless, affordable, and super informational thanks to them. They broke down all the steps and documents we need and reviewed everything with us, including each individual document to ensure the application process would go smoothly, all remotely. They submitted the applications on our behalf in a very timely manner and were responsive to all of our questions and any updates on the application, sharing all relevant materials for our records. They saved us a ton of time and stress!

While nothing was guaranteed, the process & estimated timeline were actually laid out for us at the beginning and we were lucky enough that it ended up being quite quick. We received visa approval with no hiccups three weeks after submitting our application - we're now super excited for our move!

Had an initial consultation for £99 regarding ILR. At first the solicitor sounded friendly but as the conversation proceeded and the points of the case were mentioned the solicitor became very demeaning, pessimistic and at the end in a mocking manner and with a laugh said “best of luck”, suggesting my case was guaranteed to be unsuccessful. I understand the need for solicitors to be realistic but they should be more problem solvers rather than problem creators and mockers. It felt like a waste of time and money. My ILR at the end was successful. If you have a valid case, there will be a way forward.

My daughter and I were so blessed that my elder sister; Angela was directed to hire Waleed Hassan and his WH Solicitors.
Waleed and team were so professional in doing our visa applications. This UK visit Visa process began in 2020 when my sister and my mother decided to file for me and my daughter.
Waleed and team stood by us since the beginning of the visa application. The UK Home Office refused us visas in two occasions. So Waleed, who really knows his job advised my sister to challenge the decisions of the UK Home Office decisions. In the end, the Home Office decided to grant us six months visit Visas.
