Their drivers keep blocking our drive in Walton on Thames. Despite our continued polite requests not to do it. Totally unacceptable behaviour, I guess the culture must be the same all over the company.

You remember when you were a kid and your mum told you to tidy your bedroom and you just shoved everything under the bed instead of cleaning it properly?
Well that's how high the standard of cleaning is with Wetton. Except that these are grown men who should know better than children.

Our Monday cleaner/caretaker has not been attending as scheduled. He only shows up every 2-3 months, as opposed to his set weekly schedule, and leaves our studio in unsatisfactory conditions. When questioned about this, he provided excuses and he refused to share his full name and contact details. There have also been false reports of attendance.
We kindly ask that the company look into this immediately, as this is unacceptable and we are very disappointed with the service.

Utterly despicable company. The 'helpdesk' are anything but helpful, to the point of being rude. The company lie through their teeth. They promise you one thing as part of a complaint process, then try to charge you for it and say this was never promised. A manager said I could call them personally in future if I had any problems, then the help desk tells me not to call the manager anymore. All I want is clean floors. Why is that so difficult I'm a vulnerable person, and this has caused me an unbelievable amount of stress. I should charge them for a private therapy session. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Probably wouldn't merge on to the motorway without indicating, then cut someone up on the middle lane of the motorway, without indicating again, then proceed to swear at them, calling them a c**t, and then middle lane hog the whole way when you have a sign written van. Not the best look for your business. Reg plate BA21 APK at 16:43 on the M25. Very smart.

I was going too be starting a cleaning job today I turned up for my shift for 7 and had too wait an hour for someone too turn up. I rang the boss up and was Informed that the start time was 8 a clock even though on my contract it said 7 . When I rang her back up and explaining that I had gone home because of having too wait she wasn't that nice or really bothered. Anyone that works here must be mad.
