After concluding my case, I can say that Westparc law have been extremely Professional.
If I need to speak to them, they're always at the end of the telephone. The advice given throughout was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Take my advise and if you have been in an accident or any other issue and these guys call you just reject them and find your own solictors.

I was involved in a road traffic accident over 2 years ago and the day after I got a call from west park law. Long story short they don’t update you and you have to chance. 1 year later received an email of a amount and was right away called and sent a watsapp by the team to say don’t accept we will get you more in court so I followed this advise as anyone would. Now over 1 year later after this message after me asking for an update every month they had a court date, I went to court took time off and was told to attend 45 mins early so I can be briefed , nobody turned up till 10 mins before. I was told why I was even there and that there was no need and the barristars came to an agreement before I even went in and I was pressured to agree at the amount. So after more than years 2 years, and more than 1 year after this offer, I was awarded under £100 more lol. And these guys take a HUGE cut pretty much half. Since then I’ve emailed them asking for a break down as it didn’t make sense because the judge awarded me my travel expenses which exceeded £100 yet I was awarded way less. As always I’ve not had responses from them.

Genuine advise just don’t bother going to these back street firms there are plenty other firms that will give you more help and less cuts and proffesional! I did email them to inform them I will be putting a review up so this isn’t a surprise for them.

I had many outstanding repairs within my property including Mould, to which my landlord did not rectify for an extremely very long time .

I finally made the decision to contact Westport Law limited, the gentleman dealing with my case was very understanding and efficiently dealt with all my concerns, he was very responsive and efficient in his work.

Everything was made clear and communicated every step of the way . He sent a surveyor within the first couple of weeks (reassuring the ball was finally rolling )

Westparc Law dealt with the legal side (communication with Landlord) Then within a few months compensation was granted followed by the contractors who finally contacted me to carry out the relevant repairs within my property!

All in all this only took a few months and I am very grateful for Westparc Law work . As these ‘landlords’ think they can get away with leaving their residents in poor condition whilst still in receipt of their extortionate Rent prices !

So if you are fed up with back and forth emails , phone call and no progression regrading your landlord, contact Westparc Law as I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend.
No added fees, as they take 25per cent off your compensation to cover for their legal cost etc , However this is all in writing and explained throughout the settlement.

Scammers! I was given them through backhand cold callers regarding my claim (I did not know at the time). Gave the person everything requested at the time, closed my case because they said I was not co-operating They did not do anything (I did all the work) but because they are rubbish and did not have a case and tried to hurry me up with getting my documents from closed accounts, they put the bill on me and refused to show why it has come to £5000? Also, the person who I spoke to named called me (so I see their views on other ethnicities). They continue to harass me regarding this dispute of such a high bill for 'no win, no fee,' we little slack work done!
Be very careful, this is how they make their money... Not by wining, but by scamming and insulting you when articulate that the bill is unjust. STOP Harassing people SCAMMERS

After being cold called about an accident. On the second phone call. Ten minutes after the first. I informed them I wasn’t interested in taking any sort of legal action. They then proceeded you hound me daily with phone calls and what’s app messages. Which I had to block. Now I have received a bill for £320 for all the phone calls and messages I didn’t want. I am unsure if they’re a real legal company, but please be careful engaging with them.

I have had several disrepair problems and the lady by the name of saira Islam has been amazing and would highly recommend her she is very quick at replying and sorting the problems thanks to her our repairs are being done many thanks ?
