My experience with Mr Tariq requires a proper introduction. I came to Mr Tariq after my siblings EEA dependent application was refused in the first tier tribunal. Mr Tariq took the case and successfully overturned the decision from the Upper tribunal. During the review of the case Mr Tariq identified that 2 of my sister’s children were not included in the case because their appeals were submitted in the tribunal by the previous representative. We then fought in the tribunal for late submission of the appeal and thanks to Mr Tariq, the Judge allowed the addition following a substantive hearing. The cases were finally linked and all 6 applicants were heard together. Today I heard the news that their appeals have been allowed. It is a great relief to the family and I wanted to thank Mr Tariq for his efforts and the time he has given to the case.
