This experience was made easy by the professionalism of WEPC. Never any hard sell just 100% excellent customer service. We were looked after by their staff from day one, to include, clarity of information, polite conversation and a great feeling of, ensuring what we wanted was top priority. Doing your will isn't the easiest thing to do so when WEPC Wills took over mine I found it extremely stress free and painless. From start to finish I was advised by one of the team who were very empathetic and understanding towards my needs and it was actually very easy to do. Thankyou WEPC Wills for all your help. Be aware of hidden costs! A basic Will writing service is relatively inexpensive but add in any clauses or conditions and you will be charged an extra £350+. You are asked to pay the basic charge up front and are not made aware of the potential additional costs until you are committed to the service. WEPC do not offer advice or guidance - you will need to know exactly what you want to incorporate in your Will before you speak to them. I would recommend sitting down face to face with a solicitor who is a Will writing specialist and give WEPC a miss.

Appointment was made previous to making will, with all the information required to help me proceed and to think about how I wanted to progress. It was all explained to me very clearly and all the costs involved. The appointment took about 45 minutes on the telephone and documents were forwarded within 2 weeks. It was all done without any pressure and explained throughout , and was asked to make sure that I verified everything before the call ended.
