*EDIT FOLLOWING REPLY* - I have emailed you twice and you haven't responded. You say you don't operate over the phone and only through email, but don't respond to a single email...

All the negative reviews should give you an idea of the type of company they are to begin with.

No response to any email I've sent, and good luck trying to get anywhere with them over the phone.

I had a claim go through, paid them. And they're demanding more money from me, hounding me through the Bailiffs (as they have with many others).

I've tried to ask them for any proof that I owe them more money, as well as establish any communication with them. I'm using the same email address they've provided in response to recent reviews, providing the reference number to the claim in question (as indicated by their answering machine)... and still nothing.

Just look at the amount of misery they've caused so many people from these reviews. They've clearly been reading them too. Anyone with a conscience would shut the company down.

I am being asked to pay for a service I did not request / authorise. My personal details are correct all other details incorrect so is this a Data breach as my personal information is being used fraudulently? Impossible to speak to a real person - contact numbers do not work. 3 days since first letter, now have 2 letters, 2 text messages & 1 email all asking for payment. Claim has not been paid to me so hopefully it has gone to the right person!!! Raised a complaint after first letter as there didn't seem to be any other option - will I have to eventually contact ICO? Hoping Company does actually check this feedback so a real person might contact me but not holding my breath!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Same bad experience others are reporting.

Long process, after months you finally get any money owed from the 3rd party. Then you're instantly threatened to pay any outstanding fees. In our experience we received a letter with two reference numbers to pay. Each reference had an automated amount to pay (screenshots taken for evidence), after paying these amounts we received a letter a month after saying a balance was outstanding but no reference to pay it with. After contacting the company, we was told the letter was a mistake and to ignore it.

After another 6 months we then received a letter threatening bailiffs from a company called DCBL collections. Experienced an equally bad time with these guys.

From November 2021 to July 2022, I have been awaiting a response to my evidence with the fees being automated amounts and only two references to pay. After that time we just received another threatening letter and no response to any questions or queries during that time. I was never given a way of paying this 3rd "outstanding" balance.

I was told that they don't need to respond to my questions and we had to just pay the outstanding balance with an additional fee on top for DCBL.

Alternatively we could get additional legal advice at our own cost but we would be taken to court or get a knock at the door to collect the fee before.

Cowboy company. Don't recommend due to the stress and lack of communication

I only gave them 1 star because zero stars is unfortunately not an option. They made a successful claim on my behalf and sent me an invoice which I paid. They then sent me a second invoice which I didn't pay immediately as I didn't believe I owed it to them. Asked their customer service goons on multiple occasions to get a member of their legal team to contact me. No one from their legal dept ever contacted me. Eventually, I sent them an email explaining that they were charging me 30% plus VAT commission when the law states the maximum they can charge is 20% plus VAT. I included links to the relevant law etc and never heard from them again. This was in September 2018. YESTERDAY I received a letter from a debt recovery agency! Fortunately, the guy I spoke to at the debt collectors wasn't a complete gimboid and after looking at my file wiped the debt. If you signed a contract with WFAC for more than 24% commission (including VAT) after 10 May 2018 I'd check to see if you can reclaim some of it. Absolute shysters. Avoid at all costs.

What a nightmare with this company.
I have been harassed and threatened with debt collectors.
Basically the company insisted a payment was made to me & I needed to pay them their portion.
On many occasions they said, they got confirmation from the creditors that payment was made. I wrote to the head office they too insisted I did get a pay out.
Today I had enough, I called the creditors & they confirmed NO MONEY was paid out to me as they didn't receive all the paperwork back.
What a joke, all the abuse I received over the phone.
What stress I had to put up with for the past 4 months.
My advice to them: Get your facts right before you harass people.
Be 100% sure then you are allowed to chase people.

We fight any claim- are a sham
PPI was the only reason I took this company to help me when indeed all they did for me was harass and bombard me with phone calls, emails after giving them all info before hand to help with a claim before the date ended for ppi. After what seemed along time many months, no claim possible. Now this week I received a debt collectors bill, that I have just come off the phone from and gone on line to check this horrid company, to find out I’m not the only person that they have mislead. As others have said I have to give the least number is stars just so I can give a review of this company.

I am so deeply stressed with this company. Received a letter from a debt collecting company with the client being We fight any claim regarding a payment I owe from back in 2018. So after a worrying weekend ready to call the debt collecting agency, after a lengthy (over an hour) wait, I wanted to know exactly who it is I owe from what claim etc. They didn't know anything, and have now said they will contact WFAC for a detailed account. They took my email and said they will get back to me. I asked about any delay will result in a higher owed payment or even a court case. They told me it will be on hold until I receive more information. I asked if I should contact WFAC myself, they said no as they probably won't deal with me now. I am so mad, hurt and stressed about this as any claim I have had with them, I have always paid there fees, so I am still in the dark as to what this is. Why so long too with no contact So unprofessional.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, used for a ppi claim in 2016 took till 2018 to conclude due to papers not being filed and no follow up. I was also being continually chased for confirmation payments had been recieved, which they hadnt. Did eventually get a decent result however i paid by following their own text links of each amount. Which then somehow led to being told there was an under payment of £253 as "i paid in the worng order" 2022 they sent a bailiffs letter absolute jokers tbh i shouldnt have paid but i just want rid of them now
