This was a referral and from my experience they have a long way to go and lack the very basic customer service. Avoid at all costs, they are not very customer-focused, particularly the onboarding team. I reached out to them regarding two properties but received no initial communication, their portal which they advise lacks clarity to advise next steps for customer to do. They act really rude when you speak to them and expect you to do all the legwork, chase them for updates, and work according to their timelines.

This review is specifically for Stacey Marshall with support from Beth. After a rather disappointing start with WR, including an unnecessarily cold email from the Head of Conveyancing, our file was passed to Stacey to manage. Stacey was an absolute star from the start, she was friendly, supportive, caring, understanding and patient. We were dealing with incompetent solicitors when it came to the buyers purchasing our house, but Stacey's persistence, professionalism and her unwavering ability to hold the other solicitors to account finally got us over the finish line.

Thank you for everything Stacey, you were amazing and also a thank you to Beth for helping where needed to get this exchange completed. I would recommend Stacey to anyone as she genuinely is empathetic, super knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint considering how much she had to deal with my anxious communications about where we were up to!
