Used Watson and Neill solicitors when purchasing our first home. Couldn't have asked for a better service and everything went very smoothly. Definitely took the stress out of the big move for me and my family. We were always kept up to date with everything that was happening and the progress which was being made with the sale. Choose Watson and Neill when purchasing my 1st property. Fantastic service that could not be faulted. On the morning of completion signed contracts from vendors solicitor had not arrived, I thought no way is this going to complete but thanks to John and Sharon working super efficiently once the paperwork came through I got the keys that day. 🙂
