Unexperienced sales staff, did not explain properly about the product , I was wrongly sold my item, with expense to my self,, looking very busy but not actually doing what they should be doing.
Delivery drivers bone idle . I like this shop as I like to help charities what a shame it's let down massively more trai ing required i thi.
