This company know how to charge. After initially writing my mothers Will at a cost of £700 she wanted to make some minor changes and they charged her nearly £1000 for doing this, I believe just 4 hrs were spent doing this but they still racked up the price. Beware.

Sara Webb at Wansbroughs was extremely helpful when I bought my last flat. We had a number of challenges getting information from the seller but Sara kept on top of everything, was very responsive and pragmatic. I was kept well up to date with regular proactive communications, including comprehensive reports. I felt in very safe hands. This is the second time Sara has helped me with a property transaction and I would absolutely recommend.

I have also recently had help from Matthew on a family matter and he made me very comfortable discussing a sensitive matter. He gave very clear and helpful advice and was flexible in how we proceeded. Nicola was also very friendly and helpful.I recommend them with confidence.

Just not enough stars for the team which dealt with my situation. Mathew and Nicola made the whole situation easy to understand and very plain. Every question answered in very quick time and responses where required easy to understand and professionally delivered.

Not once was I kept out of the loop, the price we agreed at the start was kept to even though more had to be done.

I truly cannot thank Wansbroughs enough for there efficiency and care to me as a company.

Disappointing, promised plenty during initial conversation but racked up £1000s in bills with no resolution, talk the talk but let down massively. Solicitors for the rich. How they justify theirs costs is beyond belief.
