I was having issue with council, I went to find help with them . So what I have told I should go online and feel a form and I did. However I received an email, saying that we are really busy, you should find any organisation to help. Knowing that you are busy, why do you asked me to go online and feel a form then!

They failed to take the time to review my television contract or even confirm with me over the phone whether it had been sent. The advice I received was entirely irrelevant to my situation, and my case was consistently handled in a rushed manner. This lack of diligence is unacceptable.

What a rude and unhelpful organisation! Apparently they don't have the resources to leave voice messages or arrange appointments via email. They do however have the resources to send emails explaining that they don't have enough resources to try and contact you by phone again. Make it make sense.

Absolute rubbish service. I was referred there by the Citizens Advice but I have tried speaking to someone for 3 weeks. I have phoned all different times of the day and left numerous messages asking for someone to call me back but have not had any response so I would not recommend going there if you need help. I actually wonder if anyone works there anymore

Not very helpful bar the receptionist, very very long wait. Prepared to wait and then be turned away as they only see X many people a day.
