Absolutely shocking service. I initially rang and my first question was "Do you provide legal aid" to which there reply was "yes. This was on the Monday, take into consideration the court case was only 3 weeks away. So they said someone would call me on the Tuesday, by Wednesday I was ringing back as no one had called, again was told someone would call on Thursday, a solicitor called late Thursday afternoon, they had a brief explanation of the problem to which they said that they could help and would call Friday morning to go through things more indepth. I was called Friday by a different person to then be told they didn't do legal aid. So thanks to them messing me around I lost a week of sorting my case out and had to find a different solicitor on the Monday.
