Initially very good. Receptionist advised that they could take on my case and advised me that it didn't matter about dates because the solicitor could ask for adjournment. I was so relieved! I ended representation from old solicitor due to break down of trust and communication. I then met with the solicitor at Walter and Barbary, I will say that he was very nice chap, professional, kind and understanding but unfortunately, he had no availability for trial and couldn't help me. Now been left to fend for myself, cps refuse to vacate trial to allow me more time to find a solicitor with availability. I have severe and enduring m/h difficulties and going to trial alone. Walter and Barbary wouldn't advise further on what I should do, why say they could take me on, if they couldn't and I don't have a clue what I'm doing!!
