We used Wall James Chappell recently to buy and sell properties in the Stourbridge area. We were really pleased with every aspect of the process; we especially liked the fact that when we called with a query, the majority of the time we could get through to the solicitor and get an answer immediately.

Found this Solicitors through the Free will service as my Mother wanted to sort hers out. She lives in Stourbridge but I live in south London so the process was longer than it normally is as I can only get up every couple of weeks on my day off on Fridays. Never a problem making appointments when we wanted them, Vicky was very helpful and explained everything really well to my elderly Mom. In fact all the staff were kind, considerate and courteous. A very easy process. My Mom was happy how it was arranged.

Very disappointed, solicitor who dealt with my late father's will. Dragged out pointless litigation, for 4 and half years. Causing a great deal of confusion. Sold me down the river , then retired. Causing a great deal of financial loss. Anxiety, stress, and family problems !
