This firm has been sat on my partners and families inheritance for nearly a month. The house sale was completed weeks ago.
I’ve heard this company uses clients money to do short term investments and it appears this is true so they can make the most interest possible with their clients money and keep it before issuing what the family is due.
All correspondence is sent second class by them. There is absolutely no interest in them getting the matter completed in a timely fashion for their customer.
