Emma Downey has recently worked for me on a very frustrating financial matter and the three words I would use to describe her are professional, clinical and effective! Everything was dealt with calmly and meticulously. Emma did not let emotion affect her work (and I was highly emotional at times), she kept me balanced and focused. She ensured I went above and beyond in providing the courts with clear and honest information. I only wanted a deed poll signing regarding a name change, unfortunately they cannot do that. What a load of rubbish, call themselves family lawyers, what a joke. Even if they were property solicitors, they still could have signed the deed poll as long as I provided ID. Finally, I would be paying them. This is called total arrogance. Avoid!!!
