My parents were progressing a will through Vymans via Krupali Saujani afew years ago with my help. We were told it would be £300 (simple mirror will). It got abit complicated as it does with family, the solicitor decided to make extra phone calls and send a follow up letter. Next thing i know we've been told that because its complicated they will have to take the cost out of the £300 we paid them to create the will. We were not told this up front! Anyway i asked for a balance to be refunded in that case and they just never responded to me. They basically took £300 and we got nothing out if it.
