Terrible service received at the worst time of our lives. You would think they were working against the client not in defence. Extremely poor communication with client, no reassurance or guidance. As for the legal secretary Keri, she seems to think she is a highly paid barrister that knows the ins and outs of everything. Her telephone manner is absolutely appalling. AVOID at all costs

Absolutely awful customer services avoid at all costs if you want to be left in prison for months with no communication and fobing off family with apparent emails being sent to courts that haven't happened zero help and empathy

Awful service was arrested on 22nd December 2022 criminal solicitor who attended the police station was of no help at all.
The police put me on conditional bail the solicitor did absolutely nothing the arrest was completely unlawful, even though the secretary informed myself there is no such thing as a unlawful arrest REALLY then when I was due to return to the police station the evening before was informed by email that my bail was being extended every time I contacted the solicitor she avoided me and was just given advice by the secretary I didn't realise that legal aid pay secretary's to advise people.
The solicitor has done absolutely nothing to help the bail papers was sent out in the post these are completely unlawful the appropriate adult was meant to be contacted but all they did was copy and paste his signature the custody sgt who generated them does not even work in Medway the police won't tell me who the inspector was who authorised them no justification for the extended bail police have no evidence falsified custody records internal investigation now.
Contacted vymans yet again got the rude secretary this time she asked what was my problem being on conditional bail then advised I could go to the magistrates court and appeal them at the cost of over £600 pound for the solicitor to represent me, like I am going to pay for a solicitor who is fully aware of what the police are up to completely illegal in fact abuse of power which is a criminal offence and the solicitor has done absolutely nothing, oh wait for it the secretary will contact me and quote the law to me yet again absolutely appalling service and still not got back to me just as corrupt as Medway police.
I have every intention of making a complaint to the legal aid services because they are paying for a very poor useless corrupt solicitor and another complaint to the law society. If you ever get arrested for complete BS do not use these Criminal solicitors as they will just support the police in prosecuting a vulnerable innocent adult !!!

They Talk your case up big (in the begining) take your money do little prep and then lose unloseable cases,(At Court stage more interestred in expanding matters to take up times ie legal arguments ,finding faults with, and swearing in more Juries.
Then you have to worry if they will actually turn up.
