I used VJ Solicitors recently for a tricky situation where I was selling a flat in a block of four where each owner was a 25% freeholder and needed to sign a TR1 form and have it legally verified. I emailed 16 firms and not even the big names wanted to help me out. Not only was I emailed back straight away by Shekhar with an incredibly reasonable price, but communication from him continued to be quick and efficient throughout. One of the freeholders was tricky to get hold of and pin down to a video meeting but Shekhar persevered, answering questions from me and the freeholder, and continually chasing for me. The solicitor Vinita was very flexible and did the meeting at short notice around the freeholder’s availability. Based on my experience with Shekhar and Vinita, I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend VJ Solicitors and would certainly use them again. A five star service!
