I'd just like to thank Frankie for his help in progressing my application for hearing loss. I'm a veteran living in the Republic of Ireland. Historically we do not have the after service support that veterans have in the UK. So to have Frankie walk me through the process was brilliant. Not a good start. Phone calls that never happen, even when they book the appointment time two weeks in advance. A phone number for the company that doesn't work, the number on their website. Not impressed. One star because I have to leave it.

I’m now a few months into my claim and the experience has been fantastic. I’ve been supported every step of the way by Veterans for Veterans and the Law Firm handling my claim.
