The workshop team is equally impressive. My car was serviced, and the cambelt replaced expertly. The team kept me updated throughout and were transparent about costs—no surprises whatsoever.

Great customer service from the servicecteam, easy and simple to use the key drop off. Car ready in time and a courtesy clean, very impressed with the sales team too as they took the time to show me their demo Mustang purely as I was interested in the car rather than wanting to buy the car. They really have upped their attitude to customer service and I would certainly go to BSM Redditch to take a friend or relative to look at buying a car as well as servicing.

I recently bought a car from the Redditch branch and I can't fault their services. A massive shout out to Taylor, who went above and beyond to make sure I knew every detail I needed to know about the car through a personal video and worked around my work hours to make sure he was available for any calls. Taylor also ensured my car was delivered on the agreed date when there was an external issue, delivering it to me personally and again going through all the features making sure I was completely comfortable with my new purchase. Amazing services all-round!!

Took the car into the Redditch branch after it had a failed EV battery cell . Charlie did a great job of relaying all the bad news in a clear way, and kept me updated throughout the fix process.
She's got a great positive tone which really helped with the bad news. Kept me updated with timelines which were bang on.
