I recently purchased my second car from Bristol Street, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received on both occasions. From the moment I arrived, Katie made me feel welcome and offered me a warm drink while we got started. She really took the time to understand my needs, patiently walking me through a range of different models with the specifications I had requested. Katie presented a variety of options across different budgets, which helped me make an informed decision on the car that suited me best.

Once we had narrowed down my choice, she quickly arranged everything and made sure I got the added extras I wanted.

When it was time to collect the car, Megan handled my handover with great professionalism. She thoroughly explained each step of the process, ensuring I wasn’t left sitting in confusion at any point. She also took the time to walk me through the features of my new car and even offered to take a test drive with me to ensure I felt comfortable. Megan's attention to detail and approachability really made the handover experience smooth and stress-free.

Charging £60 for pick up & delivery was a shock over previous year's free option in Ford's Annual Service package.
Valuation person's laziness to not get up from his seat to go downstairs to have a look at my car before providing his valuation figure, felt being an unwelcome guest at Vertu's office.
Service book was stamped only at the last minute at the time of my pick up, this could have been easily missed had I not specifically asked for it before walking out.
Would think twice before booking next year's service at Vertu.

Warren sorted everything by phone call and email, so I only had to go down to pick the vehicle up which arrived 4 weeks early.

Steer clear of Darren. The manager here is a nightmare to deal with, rude, abrupt and lacks any customer service skills whatsoever. In general, the staff at the service desk have no idea what they talking about. Very short one word answers which leave you more confused than the initial question. They have definitely had their training at the same place because they have no idea about customer service.

Absolutely zero.. I drive and drop my transit customs..with fully working and good condition due to service i booked.. and after a few hours, I got a call that suspension needs to be repaired without that mot will not pass.. and I asked how much it cost me total all together they said 900£ and something... as a regular customer, i trust, and I agree to repair... then they rang me its hard work need more time i agree again once job done they rang me and told me 1100£ and something need to pay your vehicle is ready I said 900£ something you told me that day they said let me find out then rang me no it's 1100£ and something need to pay for additional work.. I totally disagree they rang me again it's 1200£ absolutely not professional. They changed three times, price's to pay .. I'm totally disappointed with them no more bristol street ford for me.. I can fix this very cheaper in another place, don't trust them absolutely zero ratings from me to them... zero staff service, zero bristol street, Ford
I spend nearly 1200£ even they not clean my vehicle this time shame

I recently visited BSM and while the staff was professional and the cars were great, I have to mention the temperature inside the showroom-it was freezing! It felt like I had walked into a refrigerator. It was hard to focus on the cars because I was shivering the whole time. Please consider adjusting the thermostat to make the environment more comfortable for customers. A little warmth would go a long way toward improving the overall experience
