When I found Vertical Village, I was the director of an RTM company that had recently been setup and taken over management from our freeholder who was barely managing our block and charging the leaseholders significantly for essentially doing nothing. Shirley was extremely helpful in closing out the handover from the freeholder, and immediately helped us put right much of the poor management we had been facing. Over the past 6 years Shirley has gone above and beyond for us as an agent, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with helping us manage our block. Her knowledge on leasehold law is exceptional, and she's always up to date with changes that are critical to know as directors of any RTM company.
