I would describe myself as excellent at knowing how to use apps and software such as Office 365, but when it comes to understanding how it all works behind the scenes and what to do when something "breaks down", I openly admit, I haven't got a clue! When my hard drive fried and had to be replaced, along with an upgraded memory and the latest version of 365 nothing worked the way it had before the crash.

Enter Rohin, founder of VaraTech UK who was totally understanding about my lack of knowledge and recognised the business emergency that this inability to use the lump of technology on my desk created.

He listened to my needs and fitted me in at very short notice to get the whole thing up and running again so I could get on with my business of planning client events. He spent 2 hours on Monday evening with me, after he'd already done a full days work, and was so patient in talking me through everything. My whole system is running smoothly and I know Rohin is still there, in the background, keeping an eye on my tech to make sure there are no more hiccups.

I feel like I'm in safe hands, and I highly recommend VaraTech UK to anyone who like me, isn't tech-minded and needs the assurance that everything is taken care of.
