My experience of using Vantage Building Control during the extensive refurbishment and extension of my home was highly positive. Russell Beaumont (BCO) was thorough, informative, pragmatic and professional throughout. Whilst not a design service, where alternative solutions were required, they were thoughtfully considered and because of that the best alternatives deployed. Vantage took on my job about 18 months ago. In the meantime, Corona, work, homeschool and life have gotten in the road. I've been slowly finishing what a building crew would have done in a month and turned that into 18. Vantage have been helpful with every phone call, considerate with every step along the build and professional with the advice and final sign off.

Building certification can turn into an absolute nightmare but Vantage have taken a massive weight off my shoulders. I wish it was always this easy. I can whole heartedly recommend them over your local council certifiers.
