Do not go to this awful corrupt solicitor. I instructed him to make a will out leaving everything to my mother. But instead Valentine Duggins made himself the sole beneficiary by way of complicated legal jargon. We were given a copy while he kept the original. Totally disgusting. Once I realized his deception I of course had the original torn up! In hindsight I should have kept it as evidence and sued him for distress. This awful situation was with the owner of the practice Valentine Duggins himself (not an associate). It was way back in 1995, and have not forgotten this.

This has to be the most incompetent firm I have ever dealt with would be easier to list what they did correctly rather than what they did wrong. I have grounds to report them to the ombudsman but some of the documentation I got back from them was missing so not going to waste my time as difficult to prove.
