I made a visa application for my wife to settle in the UK with me, I went to Uzzaman visa solutions to handle my case. Mr Rashid Uzzaman handled everything brilliantly from start to finish. Whenever I called or emailed, Rashid would always respond very quickly and give me the best and correct advice. Mr Rashid Uzzaman the best immigration solicitor around. Google reviews let you give a maximum of 5 stars, if there was the option of 10 stars I would give Rashid 10 stars. This year saw my husband (from America) obtain his British citizenship.

i just want to say a huge huge thank you to Rashid uzzaman for helping my husband get his visa. i cant thank him enough for his help. Mr rashid is extremely professional, reliable, easy going, very helpful and most trustworthy person you will ever meet. Me and my partner have spent over 10,000 pound on solicitors from london, manchester, birmingham, and everyone gave us false hope and took advantage of us. But mr rashid automatically knew what was the best approach to his visa, we had a free consultation with him in regards to the visa. After wasting 12 months with first of all a solicitors in Derby and then a level 3 imigration Advisor off the .gov website which is also regulated by the oisc ( Ombudsman for imigration services commission ) but is an absolutel waste of time ,as the imigration Advisor failed to correctly file all the paperwork for the visa and when it was refused because of this wrongly advised me to appeal the decision. The only reason i found this out was because I consulted my MP who contacted the Home office and because i saw Rashid Uzzman on the internet phoned for advice regarding what i had been told by my MP from the Home office . Within 2 minutes of talking to Mr Uzzman he had explained to me why the visa had been refused and advised me of the way forward.
He invited me to his office for a free consultation which i attended, he put me at ease with his Professionalism and wealth of knowledge a different level of expertise to what i had already experienced. He quoted cheaper than the previous solicitor and imigration Advisor, even though he had to contend with the mess of paperwork he had been given.
Within 8 weeks my Filipino Fiancee was with me in the UK. Rashid also completed the BRP successfully for my Fiancee.
We honestly can't thank Rashid Uzzman enough .
We are so happy with the way everything was done ,that i have now requested Rashid to sort the Schengen visa for our Honeymoon.
I could not recommend Mr Uzzman enough and if i could give 10 star Recommendation ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ instead of five i would.

Rashid Uzzaman became my solicitor at least 6 years ago when I started my Discretionary Leave to Remain (DLR) process. I've recently been successful in my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) application and I can honestly say that the process wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did without Rashid's professionalism and care.
What I appreciated the most throughout this process was that when I wasn't sure about something and queried it, Rashid was always on hand to put any fears or doubt to rest. He was always on hand to answer any questions that I had.
