Using UDR became a bigger nightmare than I was already living. I divorced a narcissistic, abusive man in 2016 and he owes me over 80k in child support arrears for our five children. The mediator sought to waive all of the past due amount for a mere 2k that he never paid, waived my rights to ever file with ORS and he still pays under the judgment amount. I am knee deep in motions with the courts to reverse what was done here. I’ve tried for 4 months to get them to help me rescind what was done with no response. Do not recommend.

They are willing to represent family members which is most definitely a conflict of interest and would not give me a fair chance at an impartial mediation. When this was brought up not only did they deny this but they were exceptionally rude.

If you decide to go through this organization I strongly recommend that you proceed with caution.
