They lie about appointments.
Phoned this morning to confirm appointment for toilet repair, yes coming between 10 & 2 .
No show so phoned them at 2.20 to see if they were still coming.
Told mix up on appointment and no appointment booked in for today.
Liars !!
Has taken us since may to get bathroom sorted after leak,and still not finished.

I had solar panels installed in September through my local housing they haven't been turned on a appointment was made no show. If you need to get through to the finance department they will answer but any other department no one is available They never answer emails. What a bunch of cowboys this company is. 16 times in 2 days I have rang. Sent 4 emails. Getting a doctors appointment is quicker than speaking to this company. Shame I can't give zero stars

Absolutely treble, I’ve got through Harrow council to solve the water leak, two weeks now, two visit but couldn’t stop water leak, they meant to come again last week but never turned up and no update

Awful company. We have had them through our housing association and they’re so awful avoid at all costs. Absolute bodge job done. They would just turn up without making appointments and just walk straight through to my garden without permission. Work done inside was poor. Left my carpet ripped up and ruined. Also the scaffolders they used broke a sentimental plant pot a very expensive one as he threw it about and stood all over this! Also another scaffolders pelted one of my son’s footballs about hitting my car and my neighbours too! We received an apology and that was it. Would NEVER recommend. They didn’t clean there mess at all! Holes in my ceiling and other places. Also sharp nails and splinter pieces of wood left everywhere in my 3yo bedroom! I have more photo and video evidence. They marked all my walls too meaning they need to be repainted which had already been done a month before work started. Very poor with communication and I wish I had of declined the work

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the van driver. What an embarrassment to this company. He is representing this firm and his behaviour was appalling. On the a406 east london Essex I was with my wife and newborn: doing 50mph in a 50mph zone, suddenly he cut across from the left lane to behind me. He was literally inches away. Had I suddenly braked he would have collided into me.. with my new born in car seat this was scary I moved out of his way at the earliest possible chance I had. He zoomed on past without a care in the world. And did the same again was weaving in and out of lanes just narrowly missing another large van. This guy needs to be held to account and stripped off his license. Dash cam footage available and unless management contact me back (I’ve called the firm already) then footage will be sent to local police. Dangerous driver.
