Andy and the team at Ultra Protect were a real Gem to find! Our baby had been suffering from near constant congestion and was increasingly immune compromised. After numerous trips to the doctor, we decided to have our home tested for damp, mould and the air quality assessed. Ultra Protect we’re amazing, they “interviewed” us for context before conducting their on-site tests, so fully understood our main concerns. Andy Potter, was incredibly thorough, spending longer than anticipated at our home as we wanted more rooms assessed during his visit. Sadly the VOC reading in our baby’s room was poor and we subsequently purchased from Ultra Protect a high performing air purifier. Whilst less aesthetically pleasing than a Dyson, it was half the price and on Andy’s recommendation was tailored to the size of the room so wouldn’t dry out the air too much. It’s made an enormous difference to my son’s respiratory health and we could not be more grateful to Andy and the team.
