I am very pleased and happy of Deed Poll Office service. Honestly at first I was hesitant and I’m not certain if it will be accepted by all government bodies and other organisations in the U.K., but based on the high rating of the reviews I filled out the form online which is very informative and helpful very easy to follow and understand and will give you the best to option choose. It is very affordable and to my surprise it was beyond my expectations I thought they will going to ripped me off. But I only paid a reasonable amount depends how many copies you want. (I recommend get good number of copies so you always have a spare to use whenever it’s needed like passport renewal etc.)
I was really happy when I received it I sent it to HMPO the next day and was so happy and relieved my application has been approved. You know the feeling of no hope for weeks just to find a legit company that’s offers changed name request was a nightmare. But Deed Poll Office saved me thousand of pounds to go in a solicitor just to rectify my issue. So I just want to Thank You from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful with your service. And I can testify this company is legit. Even the paper they used is high quality.

Way too expensive!! And you send to many emails after using your service.
Literally emails very day
I don’t need emails everyday.
27 pound is just a lot in my opinion.
I wrote my one out and I feel it looked more professional. The good thing though is that it came very quick. I just got myself some good thick paper and used a template and wrote my own for my other child. Because would cost over 50£ for two.

I had ordered my deed poll rather late at night and when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that the title was incorrect, so I had immediately emailed support to ask if this could be rectified. I didn't receive a response to that email, but I put this down to the late hour that it was sent and that the office was closed. The deed poll arrived 2 days later and I noticed that the title hadn't been rectified, so I emailed again, within office hours this time, and I got a reply the next day stating that my deed poll was going to be reprocessed. I got my corrected deed poll 2 days later and the title had indeed been changed. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

Easy,fast and efficient and all done online. Wish I'd used this company straight away. Its all done for you, all you have to do is get your deed signed by 2 witnesses and your done. Mine was all done in a week......highly recommended!

Changing or adding a middle name doesn't have the same sense of urgency as changing a first or a surname. My passport soon needs renewal so now was a good time to add a new middle name so it can be included on a new passport. I like the name 'Valderama' who was a Columbian footballer from the 90's with huge mad peroxide perm. Great name, he had a teammate in goal who would save shots on goal with his spectacular Scorpion kick. Never seen anything like it, before or since.

Having to remind them to send it and then have to pay £5 postage because there wasn't enough on the envelope was incredibly annoying. But the certificate has done what I needed it to so am still happy
