What a great service! Very detailed discussion of the problem over the phone before the appointment was booked. Short wait time. Brad, the engineer who attended was brilliant! He diagnosis the problem within 15 minutes of arrived. He then discussion all of the different options, without any pressure to buy. He then offered his চাগে advice for how to proceed. If only all tradespeople were like this!

If you have underfloor heating, these are the people to service and repair it.

We were honestly very sceptical of the possibility of UFH Services or anyone finding and repairing the fault on our heat mat under a large tiled floor, but they gave us the confidence to go ahead following a chat on the phone. The engineer did exactly as promised and found the precise point of the mat failure, very sensitively removed a single tile, explained how the fault had occurred, repaired it, tested it and demonstrated the floor working. We had the tile replaced later and the floor is now back working again. I am still amazed they managed to do this and highly recommend their service.

Having moved into a new place with electric underfloor heating throughout, we found that one room had failed and another was struggling to reach a warm enough temperature. We called UFH and Vicky handled the enquiry promptly and efficiently. Brad the technician arrived a few days later and was brilliant. He quickly diagnosed the problems and and got things sorted with some new switches and adjustments to the settings. He also took the time the explain how the system worked. Looking at the floor through his thermal imaging camera was a nice touch and good fun. I would definitely recommend UFH to anyone who is experiencing issues with their underfloor heating system.

We called these guys out back in January when our underfloor heating stopped working. The engineer was fab! The fault was quickly indentified using their amazing kit. It was accurate to the size of a pound coin. Fault fixed with just the replacement tile for us to sort.
We took a while to get the tile replaced and switched the floor back on. Boom! It tripped our circuits. What?!?! So I called Vicky who didn’t quibble in sending her guy back to us (the same day I called!) as all of their work is guaranteed for 12 months.

Again, quick and accurate diagnosis and he found our friendly tiler had damaged the wire. This is what makes these guys even better - the engineer fixed the damage for no extra charge. Thank you so so so much.

Such was the dread of having an unfamiliar company come in to lift tiles in my lounge that I almost cancelled several times during the week before their visit. I'd read the reviews but thought I would never be as lucky as those whose floor heating had been repaired so easily. I am so glad I didn't cancel. It took the technician, Brad, all of 3 minutes to identify the problem which he set about repairing with so little hassle that it took me a while to realise that I had indeed been as lucky as the other reviewers. Underfloor Heating Services were professional and efficient from first contact by telephone with Vicky, right through to completion of the repair by the very competent Brad who made the whole experience as painless as possible. Underfloor Heating Services, you are great!

When I began the process of fixing 3 different rooms with underfloor heating faults, I had fears of entire tile floors being lifted and replaced. If you are worried about that, think again! UFH services were outstanding from start to finish and I now have 3 fully functioning floors, without a single tile being lifted.

From the very first phone call, Vicky was really helpful and clearly explained what was involved and what I could expect to happen. Their engineer Brad turned up bang on time and was extremely professional throughout, and was happy to answer all my questions. He outlined the various options as he went along, and offered some invaluable advice.

Before I brought UFH in, I had 3 different electricians look at the problems, none of whom could locate the faults. UFH may seem initially a more expensive option, but bog-standard electricians are false economics. UFH have all the right equipment and expertise and therefore have the ability to locate any fault on a single visit.

I would not hesitate for a second to recommend UFH if you have underfloor heating issues.

We had developed an underfloor heating issue in our kitchen. One side had stopped heating. We phoned UFH and was booked in for the following week.
Brad the heating engineer turned up and got straight into the job. He was freindly ,professional, curtious and skilled at what he did. He knew straight away what the problem was and how to solve it.

I had 2 rooms with non-working electric underfloor heating - both would trip power if they were switched on.

The contact & booking process was very smooth with a clarification call from them on details, work expected and next available dates. The engineer (Brad) also re-confirmed the appointment a few days ahead.

Brad quickly diagnosed the faults on 2 separate rooms, and checked the other working installations, all the time keeping me updated with his findings.

One of the rooms had been so badly installed (wrong sized cables leading to major resistance issues - 18 ohms instead of c150-200ohms, cables clipped using telephone clips, bad connectors etc) that it was not repairable. Brad showed and explained these issues clearly, even apologising that they couldn't fix it, even though it was not their problem installation!

Overall a very professional outfit that did what they said they would, when they said they would and in line with their quote. If you have an underfloor heating issue I would 100% recommend them.
