My mum chose this company for her will. The will was disputed by a member of my family after her death. Kerry Williams was terrible to deal with. Hardly answering my calls or emails. Her secretary Margret answered for her sometimes!. Needless to say it took over a year to sort out using a solicitor who knew what they were doing and were professional. Terrible treatment of clients and not even worth 1 star. I would not recommend using Kerry.Oh and the receptionist who answers your calls, even worse. My child is more professional and knows how to give good service. He definitely doesn’t.

It wasn’t until I had to chase the funds that were owing to me on completion of the sale of my property that I discovered that the firm did not have my bank account details. I wonder if I hadn’t chased 4 working days after completion whether anyone would have contacted me regarding this matter. Then I had to chase receipt of the completion document, which I still haven’t received 6 working days after completion. No one responds to my emails and the phone call I did manage to have was not followed up. Truly appalling experience, total lack of client interest.

I'm sure they are very good at what they do, but I just found them a little unsympathetic, I was extremely stressed when I went in and a slightly softer approach would have been lovely
