I can't recommend Crispin and his team highly enough. From the beginning, Crispin kindly and respectfully walked me through the whole funeral process, from start to finish. Crispin gave me his time and consideration thoughtfully and with care, which was so important at such a sensitive time. I felt at ease and reassured that Crispin and the team would handle everything and that's exactly what they did. Crispin covered every question I had and took care of the details. I felt supported the whole way through everything.

On the funeral day itself, again I cannot speak highly enough of how well Crispin and the team supported our family. I had confidence everything would be covered and that, as a family, we could focus on the funeral itself. Everyone who attended the funeral said it was a really good send off. This firm went above and beyond when caring for both my parents who died 3 months apart.Nothing was too much trouble and Julie helped and supported us through the planning of 2 funerals which took place at the graveside in Tenterden Woodland Burial site.One was a direct cremation from the funeral directors to Charing crematorium at 7.20 in the morning attended to by the team who all came in early.
Having worked in palliative care for the last 20 years and cared for many dying patients I can thoroughly recommend them they are excellent.

Simon from TW Fuggles Funeral Directors was just a tremendous help when Auntie died. EVERYTHING was patiently and kindly explained, he took us through the whole process, one step at a time - and we left feeling relieved and reassured that everything had been discussed and thought through. Simon was also able to provide details of a florist and contact details for the church - the funeral was such a lovely tribute to Auntie - thank you Simon & Team.

My dear dear dad passed away recently and the family were faced with the gigantic task of arranging the funeral. Obviously wanting the best for him but feeling upset and bewildered.
