James Salt was incredibly helpful in securing me an NQ position. I applied for a position online and had a phone call within literal minutes from James at TSR.
He explored opportunities with me and was very friendly, polite, and (most importantly) honest throughout. James sent me a list of Firms within my criteria he thought I'd be a good candidate for, and had no problems getting me interviews for them.
I've accepted a position for one of the firms that was arranged through TSR, and am very excited to start!
TSR did not hound me with emails and phone calls. They let me approach them when I was available to, and kept me updated throughout. They stayed in communication through the integration period and we're very quick passing on information and contracts etc.
All in all, I couldn't have had a better experience. I'd recommend TSR to anyone looking, but especially James. He made me look forward to our catch ups and had great advice for every aspect, whilst still being thorough and professional. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a Firm, and found the right fit that seemed to be looking for me too. 10/10!
