TrustDocs is a reliable partner for my business' Rosebery Estate Planning who I can depend on for high-quality documents and advice whenever I need it. I was first introduced to Jon and Alan back in July and started using TrustDocs for my cases when I set up my own estate planning business in October.
TrustDocs offers informative training sessions that provide me with both sales and technical knowledge. The second session I did with them was particularly helpful because they worked to fill in my knowledge gaps and helped me to decide what information I wanted to use for my business and my clients. TrustDocs appreciates that every business is different, so I like that the training session content could be adapted and used to fit into my business. They also helped me to understand how to position products for clients and gave me the information I needed to work with products that were new to me.
The technical support I receive from everyone on the team is excellent, I especially think Alan is a great fountain of knowledge and has so much experience. It's also nice to know that Jon is going through the same STEP training as I am, so I feel like I have some support there too.
It’s great that I can pick up the phone anytime to receive technical support, and I also like going to the TrustDocs head office too. Everyone is so friendly and it's nice to see lots of people around because I work from home on my own most of the time.
I would definitely recommend TrustDocs to other Estate Planners. I treat TrustDocs as an extension of my own business because I always have their support whenever I need it

Trustdocs always goes above and beyond to give me high-quality documents and service which supports my estate planning business .It was just under a year ago I was invited to meet Alan and Jon and to find out more about Trustdocs and FAPTs . Initially I wasn’t completely sure what Trustdics did it the necessary process ,but they explained everything really well and I was very impressed with Trustdocs and what they offer
The technical support I receive from them is excellent and the admin team are always available and welcoming if I have any question especially Louise Claire .
To date I have attended 2 training sessions with Alan and he has also run a training session at our office with a further one scheduled for April .
