To Avoid. - Mr Truman represnted a buyer who is according to evidene on line is Bankrupt.... i entered into enormous losses...To date he has refused to provide evidence of available funds of 3M£ of a bankrupt client. He has ignored several of my emails. Enough informations are being gathered, and if he refuses to provide such evidence, as a lawyer he should know that this will fall under FRAUD, as i was mislead, therefore entered into costs and charges that understandably didn t need. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. He might think that this matter will subside with time, then again, he is wrong, as he will be the first person to be taken to court. Sorry Mr Truman, but by refusing to respond to my mail and providing evidence of 3M£ that according to your client were ready for the exchange , yet clearly he was not there to buy any properties, but with your assistance to get hold of a my repocessed flat, that i didnt even know was under receivership...

I am entitled to know in whether your client was a genuine buyer or not.
