I have had problems with cracking in my house, due to trees belonging to my local council and some drainage problems. Trinity claims have investigated and fixed all of the problems. They have their own people, to send out to fix the problems. It has been relatively easy to deal with this and the staff have all been very helpful and supportive. Everyone who I've had visit has also been friendly and helpful. For a stressful claim, it has been stress free. I would highly recommend this company.

Would leave 0 stars if this was an option...

Wanted to leave this review to draw attention to the services that we are extremely disappointed with. Set up our claim from November 2024, and it's still not sorted at the present time. Although you advertise "straightforward and reliable claims solutions", I felt that your values as a company were not received by ourselves, especially "we clearly understand what our customers need to know, before they are aware that they need to know it. We then communicate it to them, using their preferred medium, in a clear, concise and easy-to-understand manner", "each time we contact our customers, we ensure that they are aware of what we have done and what we will do next", "we are always honest and clear about what we can and cannot do for customers. We never set their expectations at levels we cannot achieve and if we cannot meet their aspirations, we tell them in a timely and professional manner", "we keep our promises to our customers even if a promise was made by another member of the team".

I am sure that you can understand how much we expressed the urgency to be seen as a priority as the months passed by (given I was 4 weeks pregnant from the claim logged and now I am 35 weeks), I am hoping that you can also see how appalling the communication has been from both Trinity and contractors. I also don't understand why there were 3 visits carried out and by different contractors, I am certain shortfalls behind the scenes, and we were never kept up to date with communication regarding the works being completed. I will be continuing to take this matter seriously and through the correct channels, especially when our seriousness of dissatisfaction was communicated from the very early stages. We were not seen as a priority case at all, and there is no evidence of this. The only positive experience was when Luke became the case handler as he communicated strongly, and he appeared to have a level of care towards us despite all other interactions. The fact that it has taken a full pregnancy journey is absolutely appalling. The fact that your values emphasise top quality service when we had to do a lot of admin work in chasing up dates and information is evident that your values were not achieved in our case.

We recently had repair works completed through Trinity Claims, and I can’t recommend GB Associates Ltd enough. Lewis, Darek, Trevor, and Zoe were fantastic throughout the whole process.

They laid a new floor in our bathroom and painted both the bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. The team was extremely responsive — even in the evenings, kept us updated on progress at every stage, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things run smoothly.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have taken every step to try and negate the claim, probably spending thousands . They promise to call you back, but don’t, 6 weeks of chasing, with no resolution. Constantly sending professionals out who missed that the property was in a dangerous condition and a danger to my family. Had to pay a builder who couldn’t believe they hadn’t spotted the danger. Would never use again.

It took a few calls to get our claim processed correctly (was also confusing at times as seemed to be dealing with 2 different places for what was one claim for flood damage). Once everything had been agreed, the resolution was quick and efficient. A huge thanks to Lewis, Darek, Greg, & Zoe at GB Associates who dealt with the house repairs, we could not have wished for a better service. Very professional, works were completed ahead of schedule and they are the reason this review is 4 stars and not 3.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Frustrating Experience

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Trinity Claims has been so poor that I feel compelled to share it.

From the beginning, my claim has taken an unacceptably long time to be processed. I've made 15+ phone calls trying to get updates or answers, and each time I speak to a different person who clearly has no idea what’s going on. I’ve been passed around, given vague responses, and still have no resolution.

Even worse, I raised a formal complaint, which has been completely ignored. I followed up via email, and that too has been met with silence. Not once have I received an apology or a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. I would not recommend Trinity Claims to anyone. If you need to make a claim, prepare for a long and frustrating journey with zero support from their team.

Abhorrent service, claim to guarantee a response within 4 hours and say they have a "Team of professionals" dealing with the claims... Couldn't be further from the truth!

I had a lot of stuff stolen from my house, they said to me originally that my "Business tools" would be covered so i submitted some information for the business tools...Turns out i was not covered. Seems like a scam to me, i do have that phone call recorded if anyone wishes to contact me in order to push a claim against them for fraudulent business acts. Plus screenshots of the conversations on the "portal"

Long story short, i have personal tools which were stolen too, ones i use for DIY job around the house and in my garage. THEY argued with me for 5 weeks before closing the claim saying they do not cover business tools... So basically they believe only what they want to believe... Im out of pocket for my entire life collection of tools, a lot from dead grandparents and because they need "proof" of ownership i couldnt even claim for 90% of them... They will be sued when i have time to, im still picking up the pieces of this situation and they made my life worse while arguing my life long posessions!!!! I paid for a service i NEVER recieved!!!!

We had a small fire, started by a candle, but the amount of smoke damage was unbelievable and touched nearly every room in the house. Trinity Claims Team were brilliant, calling us back and letting us know what was happening. The Fire was on Sunday and there was a First Response Team here on Wednesday, and they have been Fantastic, very courteous and thorough with the cleaning. Would definitely recommend
