Update: I've downgraded this review because the most recent invoice I've received still has the address of the house I no longer live at. This is the third time this has happened now and it's honestly a bit ridiculous. I was assured this would be updated on the system but it clearly hasn't been.

I would struggle to give more than two stars. While the initial experience was good, a series of incidents of letters addressed incorrectly, names being wrong, and emails sent to the wrong person has been really frustrating. When you’re paying for a service you expect at the minimum these details to be correct and there to be care and attention paid to the work. I understand mistakes can be made but it felt like in every interaction I was having to correct these pretty key details.

She was efficient, got all the paperwork done early on and was quick to respond to any email or query we sent her and the whole process was speedy and led very professionally by her. We were told by others that currently, moving house can be a lengthy process and has been taking 5 to 6 months to move, (even though we were chain-free.) From start to completion, it took under 8 weeks, and part of that hold up was me, as I had an unexpected issue with my deposit.
