My divorce was awful and my ex-husband basically dictated how the settlement would be done. I was completely on my own and feeling very psychologically fragile, as my marriage was very abusive. I'm not from here, so I don't have family and friends. I felt like Tracey wasn't even on my side, never offered any options, only always talked to me as if I had no chance of anything, felt even that she was in fact working for the other side. The very few times we spoke (only on the phone, I don't even know how she looks like), I felt patronised and she made very clear that she didn't have any patience for me. I think she did me a great disservice and I now, in hindsight, (it's been almost a year), feel/think that I deserved much better. Having her on my side and having no lawyer at all would have been the same. She was only there to fill up the solicitor's side that is necessary on a divorce. I didn't feel like I have been advised, to the contrary, felt like I was being a nuisance. Would not recommend at all!
